We register a broadband connection in this company on 15/12 for package 786KBPS with RS.1400/-.

At that time they said "we will give with in 24hours". After 24Hours we enquired in Customer service, They said "minimum 48hours for New connection after registration". After 48Hours we enquired in Customer service they said "we have register your complaint, we will come back with in 24hours". So completely they take 72hours to give our connection. Now, we are getting slower speed of browsing. This is our problem.

So Kindly take an action on that company.
