DELAY IN GIVING NEW CONNECTION

I applied for a new broad band connection with Beam Telecom dated 14-01. I was informed that i will be getting connection by 29-01. I called them multiple times and reminded the same that my promised connection date passed and i did not get the connection still. Each and every time, when i call the customer care, they say they are working on it but still no result. I am vexed with the way they behaves and i have been waiting for almost one month for my connection.

Please do the needful.
