Harrasment after lodging a complain

Respected Sir,

Allready by harassing, I have lodge a complaint regarding internet service. I am a prepaid user. I have sony ericsson phone (Xperia x10i -Rs.29, 200) in which I am using Airtel sim (2G). Every time my line is disconnected for few hours.

Firstly by harassing, I lodge a complain to customer care of airtel that mostly my line has been disconnected, but maximum during night hours, they gave me the complaint no. CMOUD-30502008353, it was 12days before, today at night my line was cut 13 times, now also I have started receiving unusual &harassing SMS, very much harassing service in West Bengal (Asansol) by airtel network, please solve my problem, throwing SIM is the last option.

Hope you will do something.
