Wrong size delivered

An order was placed for the brand Bootz Collection for size 8 ie 42 along with advance online payment. On receiving size 7 ie 41 (wrong size) they deny either replacing it with the correct one or refunding the amount. The best part is that their highly paid Supervisors Mr. Jitender/Mr. Harry even contradict their own company size charts and statements by saying that according to measurements size 8 is 41. Ridiculous its is..as this company M/s Bestylish is fooling its customers to the optimum level. Severe action should be taken against these companies.
