This company is a completely fraud company who promises to deliver rakhi on time! I had order a rakhi to send to my brother who lives in London. The company promised delivery within 5 workings days! However, since I wanted to get the rakhi delivered before the festival - i paid an additional INR 500 through which they ensured that the orders would be received one working day. However, the company is a complete cheat because even till now, they have not delivered the rakhi to my brother! They have already deducted the amount from my bank account but have not completed their duty for which they are paid. I email them and called them so many times but received no reply till now. Please do not do the same mistake I did to use this website to send any products!
