Duplicating order!

I was trying to place order (Order# 4068420on) 25th Aug but when error came and no message on acceptance came, I retried to place.the order. Within 30 minutes I saw the mails confirming two orders for the same thing and to same person, and I immediately sent mail to cancel one. This happened on 25th itself with in half an hour of order being placed.

Still the site went ahead and dispatched the orders on 28th which was much after I canceled the order. Neither their customer support ever came back to me with 48 hrs of what they promise in the mails.

I requested for the refund and have sent several reminders but the customer support asks to write directly to the partner vendor who also has not been replying to mails. Seems this site is made to cheat people. Do not trust rediff.com!
