Request for reversal of Broad Band Charges due to non availability of Services from Dec.09 to till date

Sir,

Our Broad Band connection is not working from Dec. 2009 while so many complaints have been lodged to concern deptt. but till date no action has been taken by them.

We have also lodged complaint against our Telephone instrument which is not working properly but no action has been taken by the concern deptt.

You are requested to resolve the following problems: -

1 Reverse our Broad Band charges from Dec. 2009 to till date: Usage of Broad Band can be verify from your records. Provide us usage of broad bank for the period from Dec. 2009 to till date. You can forward the same at email id: rkakumawat@gmail.com

2 Change by Telephone Instrument.
