Faulty Broadband Connection

A DSL broadband connection have been provided to me, at about two and half years back. Since the conncetion was established, there was an iterruption to DSL line, and often the network cuts off, and reboots, than cut off, and so on till time. I've made so many complaints by their automatic complaint booking system, but the fault has not rectified till time. The phone number to which this DSL line is connected is [04722887916]. I've registered a complaint day before yesterday too. Now too it says that, work is still going on. They are no providing proper service, but bills me. what should I do next?

I've called them many times, and now I feel shame to do it further. I think that, they are encouraging customers to change to private connections, by not attending to customer problems.
