BROAD BAND DISCOUNT TO GOVT EMPLOYEES

Dear Sir,

I have taken broad band connection on 25.05.2010 vide Regn. no. 959391 and Land line number 0281 2582371. I am serving in State Bank of India. I have submitted all required papers. But the benefit of discount is not given to me in spite of personally complaint. Kindly do the needful to give the benefit of discount and refund me the amount of discount. I also request you to give the benefit in future bill.
