I have bSNL Broadband home plan 250. I make advance annual payments in January every year. For last few months I'm having severe problem in accessing the internet. even after repeated complaints the problem is continuing. I can access the nET for a few minutes at a stretch then it goes offline. And at times it becomes available sometime later but most of thwe time it is not available for that day at all. The modem has been checked by the company and it is found to be in order. they are now not taking any interest and I'm feeling extremely frustrated! My phone no is 03323581134.
