Reliance 3g
Bad network & service

I am a reliance 3G user (customer) from guwahati, but after installing in my computer at first few days it runs very faster but since 4-5 days it seems a lower than 2g speed, i have recharged of rs 1002 of 10gb doongle pack, so i hv to be used this . but hw can i use this in a very very poor network i can, t understand, even call to customer care ther is no good response. so plz plz give me a suggestion, wht should i do now... at last new users BEWARE OF RELIANCE 3G...
