Internet not working

I had Internet broadband connection. From February first week my Internet stopped working. So I went and registered a complaint with the Airtel outlet about the issue. The complaint was registered on February 14th and I clearly mentioned in my complaint that my internet was not working from last 5-6 days. They told me that someone from the Airtel office will come and rectify the problem. But the problem was never resolved. After repeatedly calling them up and going to their outlet for resolving the issue, I finally cancelled the connection on 24th of February. The executives working in the airtel outlet told me that I will get rebate for the month as I never used the internet facility from Airtel. But now after cancellation the collection department from airtel is repeatedly calling me for paying the due amount for the February. Even after explaining them the situation and that I was told that I will get rebate for the month I am still getting those calls. Moreover they also try to intimidate me sometimes by using abusive language. This is really not acceptable from a company of Airtel's stature.
