Bharti airtel broad band
Request is not fulfilled

I registered the request on Apr 05 @ 8:45 PM having request no 13965890 regarding the change of name and contact information of my Airtel broadband connection. The executive told me that your information is updated by Apr 07 but till now the information is not updated. If I try to call the airtel customer care several times but unable to connect with the executive. Please help me out to resolve this.
