Reliance Broadnet
Inefficient and farce fault repairing service!

I had raised a fault 2 weeks back about my frequent internet disconnection which was conveniently closed by the field engineers stating that they called up my phone number and got verification that the complaint no longer exits! The number they mentioned was bogus as I am not sure from where they have got that. I re-opened the complained and inspite of daily followup with their call center, things are as it is. They keep on promising that they will escalate the issue not nothing happens. Nobody even visited by house to check the problem.

They are as bad as BSNL service, at least BSNL is cheaper as compared to Reliance.
