I have buy a connection of air tel DSL ac/no. 16019243. His executive provide me limited 599 plan

but i'm said to him i want unlimited plan he is agree for this after some days when i'm seen my bill its not unlimited plan its limited 599, 2nd months they give me above 13000 rupees bill how can it possible. if its limited then cut my connection when reaches limit. according to TRAI rules 1st, 2nd billing credit limit very low like 1200 or 1500 how it possible its totally froad company. AIRTEL VERY CHEATER COMPANY IN INDIA
