Settlement of bill

Hi,

My name is Jagan. And i was using an airtel connection August. I got the connection installed during summers and stopped using it during the winter. However they overcharged my bills. And they never disconnected the connection and they kept charging the monthly connection. Would like to know the how to settle the account.
