Airtel broadband plan changed without prior notification

I have a broadband connection from airtel and my montly bill was 799 taxes.

Now all of a sudden this month I received a bill where the charges were 899 taxes.

It is very inconvenience, because if we call the customer care, they will charge for that call.

I want my old tarrif. and if my present plan is going to be discontinued, I want the prior notification.
