I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for

'mental torture' for the following matter.

I am using bharti airtel broadband services under their plan of 4mbps speed in which they provide 50 gb data download at 4mbps and after 50 gb data download they provide 256 kbps of speed for data download. But regularly as per my records which they display on personal account information they cut the speed from 4mbps to 256 kbps before 50 GB data download. I am very much dissapointed with their services and after regular complains on their customer care helpline telephone numer nothing is being done.

I request you to please look into this matter
