I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 14th June via agent Rudra Pratap Majhi # 9874955431. After neumerous followups and calls, he is saying that he wont be able to provide the connection because, my home falls beyond their official circle. (some 30 mts away). Now today is 29th June. When I asked for the refund of check Rs. 500/- which was paid for installation and other charges. (for Bharti Airtel), he is saying the check is under process and would require time for it.
