Product Quality far worse than claimed

I am having connectivity problems since buying your Netconnect 3G model no. MF-190,

RSN No. RZTCDC120050151, CL No.40, A/c No, 8100212334, bought on the 11th inst.

Till date the intermittent connection has given a maximum of 6.4 kbps upload and 64 7 kbps of download. As i am posting this, the speeds are reading a ridiculous 0.00 kbps for both upload and download, for the last 5 minutes. I tried to complain to your franchisees, who very kindly gave ne this very impressive customer care site. I can not imagine how you hope to survive in this competitive world unless you redress such

problems which has been very consistent in my case. I trust that something can be done really soon. Over to you. Best regards.
