It is Big Fraud

Bidstall (www.bidstall.com) is Big Fraud... Dear users pls do not play and deposit any amount on this website. today i ahve lost Approx. Rs.5000.

This i relaized after lossing such a bid amount. they are online cheaters and performing online cheating. Can some body tell me hwo to sue this company as because i had found the facts:

1> they don't have any registered company or name who run this company.

2> They don't have about us coloumn to say who are the caretaker of this website (only physicall address is given which could be fake as it clould be one room appartment also.)

3> They don't have any landline numbers or physical number to get in touch

4> They do not show all the winners though they are claming they are running some 223 auction

5> None of the winner have any indentity as it is showing and fake email id can be created in 1 millions.

6> Maxium winners had won cash ast is showing... Just imaging is it worthing to play for some pitty cash and eventually you landup by paying amount more then winning amount.

7> some statistic: one of the auction says the remaining bid was 328 and per bid cost was rs.32 and the if u go to check there were already 400 bid are already placed.therfore, if we calculate they are making (328 400) x Rs.32/bid= 23296 thoygh the product was of only approx. Rs.9000.

8> Now ur investement: u have placed 300 bid let say on Mobile of Rs. 3000. per bid cost was Rs.20 then you are end up by paying what is exactly the MRP of the product.

Most amazing... very last moment bidder changed which seems was genuine person with some unusual emaild id.

It is fraud... 100% fraud.

Therefore... pls. do not bid or invest on this website.
