I have ordered a game 5 months ago from "Bigadda.com". They have given me headache since then. Its so irritating, first they were picking up calls n every time said that they'll send it soon, But ever since they have not been picking up their phones though they cut balance on hold too, n now their all phone nos are switched off. I have tried to contact them through e-mail several times but they don't respond as expected from them. I have paid Amount through my Debit Card and has been debited from my account so m Worried for that. It was my whole month Pocket money, about rs1100. I have never expected this from a reputed company like Reliance as "Big" is Reliance company. Please make them pay back my money or atleast deliver my product.
