Bigadda is FRAUD, Biggest FRAUD

I had bought Blackberry Strom 9530 @ www.SHOP.BIGADDA.com on 2nd of June.

*I DON'T KNOW EHY THE HELL THIS SITE IS WORKING!! ITS TOTAL FRAUD!!!

*They are cheating with customers.

But till now I haven't got it. When I called the customer care four days back, they told me to wait for 7-10 working days. I had waited. And then I called again today, you know what they told, the item is not in Stock, and again I asked when the Item will be instock. They told I will take 3-4 days to be in stock. Even If I waited 3-4 days more I am not sure they will have it in stock. This is real FRAUD. If they don't have it in stock why should they put it online for purchase. And if its not in stock, atleast even after I bought the item, they should inform me of this. They did not informed anything, let me waited for 10 days, when I asked they are lying that the item will be in stock after few days. That means I have to wait for ages for an item bought on BIGADDA. This all seems to me a total FRAUD.

So friends, don't try to buy anything on BIGADDA. This is not my first purchase on online. I had bought so many things on EBAY.IN, Yebhi, bestylish etc and I had never experienced this type of problems.

OVER ALL WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?

Pleas do some action on such issues so they dont dare to do it again with customers!
