Not recieved the product nor money even after 2 months!

I placed the order on 28.10.2009 and paid the amount instantenously by online bank transfer, order no is BSB102298. I ordered 3 products and recieved 2, but not yet all recieved the 3rd product the redchief footwear worth Rs 1195 nor money. After repeated enquiries by phone & email, they informed that the shoes was out of stock so they will refund the amount.

In my Account page in the site, it is indicated as refunded after some days. Now its about 2 months after placing the order. I havent yet recieved the shoes or money. In the last week also i emailed them about the issue, but they havent yet responded instead they send me there new offer (cheat!).
