Default in refund

My complsint is about YEBHI.com. on 11th of july i have purchased a lot of product from yebhi .com but after 15 days i came to know that they have cancelled all my order without my consent n till now i have not received any refund and no body is coordinating with me. i have called them around 100 times but they are not talking to me. Now i have fed up. I wanna file a case in consumer court. plz help me.
