Sir,

I am to draw your kind attention that, my telephone line (2585787) has been disconnected since February by some person in my neighbor hood. The said line has not been restored since then. I had informed and requested verbally to the concerned official at Mancheswar but for no result.

I surprised that excessive amount has been billed in my name and payment intimation was sent to my address.

I would request that the concerned officer may kindly make the enquiry and correct bill as on 28.2.2011 may be sent to my address so as to enable me to close the account.
