Reliance usb modem
Speed is very very slow

I have purchase one usb modem MG880 from JP Nagar 2nd phase Bangalore. It is trouble for me from the begining. If I have connect to any site it takes hours to connect. I have registerd complaint also several times. But could not get any proper response. They say that this type of cards are not working any where but they don't want to replace.

They have collected my card for testing and returned after 10 days after several reminders. After that also nobody is responding. They always say that some network problem is there and it will be resolved.

From this message boards, I request every body to BouyCott of reliance products because they just want to earn money. They don't care about customers.

Now I am going to disconnect this but still they don't care

If any body can help me in taking legal action would be much apprecited.
