NO RESPONSE

Dear Contact,

I have placed an book order in Bookadda.com (online shopping). As per the website, the shippment days was mentioned as 2-3days hence i made the booking and also the made online payment of Rs.543 (two books). The transaction Id for the same is 1292692042688.

Today the date is 27th Nov, i placed the order on 20th Nov. When i didn't receive the boook on the mentioned date, i tried reaching their contact no. (080-40981719) but the number is continously "no answer", i even sent email to their customer care asking for clarification but no reply.

Request your kind support in getting the book (or the money if book is not available) at the earliest.
