Charger for tickets which were not confirmed and delivered

On 7th Jan, I booked the show for No one killed Jessica at around 1:30 PM for 8th Jan. There was no sms/ email from the website and the screen displayed the message of booking with no details which gave a clear idea that the function has not been performed. I again booked the ticket at 5:30 which was delivered successfully. Now, Book My show is charging for both the transaction. Till today I have not received any message from them regarding the booking done at 1:30 pm. Please help me as they are not ready to accept their fault and refund my money.
