DEAR SIR

Please stop HOT VIDEO service from WAP (58888) on my mobile no 9452869338. I have tried my best to stop it but it deducted Rs 30 every month from my BSNL account without any information. KINDLY stop it at present, due to this deduction I'm forced to recharge my mobile every now and then. Customer care of BSNL service told me that this deduction could be stopped only by making a complaint at your site.
