I have booked a domain through BPT solution pvt Ltd and make a website as per order one year maintenance, hosting, domain registration, corrections, mail id creation should be done by the company but they ignoring after getting the order.

whole year i want some minor correction in the site but there is no response.presently at the time of renewal they repeat the same after backing (more than 40 mail communication) 2 -3 month they do 50-60% work till now. At the time of renewal i repeat the about the correction they agreed but now same condition. they harassing me my work has suffered whats i do.
