Winning prize-parcel not received

Dear Sir,

i have not recive till time my winning prize /parcel which has been sent by BRITISH TELECOMS PROMOTIONAL COMPNAY UK via DIPLOMAT MR. TOM COLE, JAMES POTTER, i have deposit already money, scannes copy of the receipt sent TO HIM also . but they are not giving my prize/nor refund the money to me, why pls confirm, and deatail was false given by them, they are cheating/robbing like this.
