Broad band connection applied and for the last 10 months i am fighting for that

Hi,

I have applied for Reliance broad band connection. For the last 10 months i done several calla to customer care and roaming around reliabnce office in koregaon park and i met three officials in reliance office still they are unable to serve my request.i have paid 3500 in the month of April. I didn, t get the device.please show me the way how i can get my money back or connection. Even i have paid one month bill with out taking the connection this type of service is providing reliance group.please i suggst every one don, t go for any of reliance product related to ADAG group. very much cheating .p
