Restoration of Broadband Connection

We have broadband connection (04342-266863) and it is dead for the last two weeks. We have been requesting BSNL Office, Dharmapuri, to rectify it. Inspite of written complaint and several phone calls so far no action from BSNL office. Where i can make complaint for speedy action?
