Speed not as per prescribed

Dear sir,

This is Mr kamal kapadia. i have paid for broadband connection to you telecoms. i was told that i will be getting the speed of 300kpbs. but since the time of installation i have not been getting the desired speed as well as not getting an appropriate answer. i have paid rs.6084 and also have the reciept. plz help me in either resolving the problem or getting the refund.the receipt no. is 362933.
