Airtel Service: The Chairman of the company is even not bothered on the customer complaints,

Airtel broad band - plays with customer money

i have applied for broad band connection on 19th Nov, i have not been given connection nor my money back, the same is esclated till the Chairman level even then it is not resolved, and the worse part the company talks about expansion of their business in south india.

please pay my money back Airtel immediately.
