I have airtel broad band connection having no.079 40028262.At the time of getting connection i have told to sales exicutive of the company that i want to pay advance for 6months bill. So that i can get one month free as per company's plan.but at the expiry of every 6month period, company always send one month bill. Due to that I can't get benifit of the 6month schime for the perticular month. It was my standing instruction that please send me 6month bill in advance so that as per company's schime i can get 1month free service. With all that company has send me bill no.581060489 dated 4th March for 1month only.
My request is to cancell the bill and despatch me 6month bill with the schime so that i can pay it in time.
Without schime it will be costly to me and i have to go for other internet service provider.
