I am one of the user of Reliance Broadband plus. I am one of the director of a software company also. Around 3 months i am using this data card, but still I did not get single bill either soft copy or hard copy. Only I am getting a reminder in my mail id to pay the bill. I am unable to understand how much hours i am using the card and how my bill is so high. In fact they cut again and again my connection due to delay payment, whereas I was waiting for the bill to come. I have sent a mail 24 hours ago, still they did not respond me. I am also using Tata Photon Plus they are giving excellent service to me. I am very much upset and frustrated with Reliance Service department.
