This is to bring to your attention that the rates for the Broadband have been revised from your end since last two months as i am given to understand from one of your Area Sales Managers. Still your website still displays the old rates whereby which i have been paying extra for no reason.

I have changed my plans just last month and i am being charged at Rs 7000/- plus taxes for a 2mbps unlimited plan. Whereas the rates were then around Rs 2300/- approx. I feel cheated by your company as it amounts to deliberately hiding facts for petty gains of few thousand rupees.

I request you to look into the matter and refund me the excess amount asap.
