PLAN CHANGE

SUB: Brodband plan is not update.

My self JALPABEN NARSINHBHAI PATEL my L. L NO. 02762-255066

my old brodband plan is 850 COMBO monthaly .10GB usage. from last 12 month

this plan is cuntinue.

BUT 1/02 on word BSNL is change all plan issue new plan 850 COMBO ULD MONTHALY

BUT still BSNL not change plan of my number 02762 255066 .then after may our usage is 17GB the bill come 2400 RS original we have to 850 only Becoz of bsnl not update plane automaticaly or no informatin about u have to change plan manually or automatically.

our old paln deleted in plan syastem but bsnl not update our plan so we have beare extra usage charge.

i am conform to BRODBAND Help line 1504 so the told me it is update automatically.
