2550 unlimited internet for 3 months

I recharged with 2500 unlimited internet for 3 months. I recharged on Nov 19th for 2500. On jan 18th Im getting an error as please recharge account. submitted complaints in BSNL portal and complained through the customer care. till now there is no response form them
