BSNL 3G
No network coverage

Hi sir i am kunal sen, actually i got a bsnl 3g connection a couple of days back, i live in the airport area of kolkata which is posh area in kolkata.when im inside my home i dont get 3g connection but i geta good 2g connection.i called up bsnl 3g helpdesk they said that the tower from which i am receiving the 2g connection has not been 3g enabled.so recently it will be converted to 3g.and it has been more than a month since i made the complaint but there has been no steps taken by bsnl. The complaint id is - 5535154 and the mobile no. is 9475515955
