BSNL 3G
Modem shows "PPP link control protocal termiated" erro

Dear Sir,

Recently I purchased bsnl 3g modem, a Teracom product and got a 3g sim with it and it worked properly for 2 days then when I would press Connect Tab it showed message"The PPP link control protocol was terminated." I tried again and again but for no positive result. I tried reinstalling software that too didn't work and later this sim was rejected by bsnl. They gave me new sim with extra 60 Rs charge but even this sim is also showing same message. On the other hand in same modem my 2G sim is working and showing connectivity.

Please look through the problem.
