BSNL 3G
Snl 3g speed very slow

I have bougth a bsnl 3g data card from bsnl office. it was running good for 1st nonth. but now from 29/12, it is running too slow. download speed is about 10-15 kbps. i called customer care but they refused saying "server down".so i want to complain against bsnl 3g.
