NO SIGNAL COVERAGE IN THE HEART OF CITY

I have purchased a BSNL 3G data card on 4 march but i experienced the improper signal coverage in the heart of city many times which resulted in poor speed. Now, it seems too funny "FASTER THAN YOUR THOUGHTS".
