Sir, i'm using BSNL 3G prepaid but now i saw the speed is limited to 110kbps but at the time of purchage the 3G USIM deler said you will get 3.1mbps but last 20 days i'm suffering while i'm using 200 plan. please help me to restore this problem.mob no-8895495733
