BSNL 3G
Speed is down to 50 kbps

I have recently gotten 3G connection from BSNL. I have not quite understood how and why there is so much variation in the speed. But it was anywhere from 50 kbps to 300 kbps on average (which does not sound like 3G). What is more horrible is that for past week or so, it has come down to 1 kbps to 10 kbps. Now I feel like making a mistake moving from wireless broadband connection to 3G. There is no proper satisfying answer from the call center. The night shift crew is horrible. Will BSNL take note of this please. My sim no. is 8765182568. Or someone advise which 3G service is the best in Lucknow.
