BSNL 3g card
Not access internet connection out of city

I am not able to access internet connection out of home city .i took this connection from Mainpurt Uttarpradesh. currently i am at pune but i am unable to access internet connection.i have made so many complain at BSNL customer care they just reply will call you back every time but actully they never call back even if i ask complain no. they don't provide.
