BSNL 3G DATA CARD
DOWN AND UPLOAD SPEED TOO SLOW

I recently purchased a 3G Data card from BSNL. The speed in their office was 300 kbps. They assured that the speed will be more through out Chennai. I paid Rs 7500/- and purchased it.
