Network failure in most of the time in new alipore

Dear Sir

I nilesh Agarwal has purchased mobile broadband toggle and was assured very good internet service at new alipore (Block K) area.the numbr is 9477318638.But the service turned out to be very bad.most of the time the internet is not working..It is the most expensive internet service with the worst service to consumers.

I will be very thankful is anything can be done by you as the customer care people say they cant do anything to help me as this is technical..
